Responsibilities:
Maintains all bank buildings and grounds by providing light cleaning/janitorial services and groundskeeping including, but not limited to ice, snow and trash removal from walkways and parking lots; painting; maintaining the lawn and surrounding landscape.
Performs special or emergency repairs and cleaning under the supervision of the Facilities supervisor.
Distributes mail by retrieving or receiving items from Post Office and other delivery sources, opening, sorting, and distributing to proper person or department.
This includes driving the bank vehicle to each banking office daily or as needed.
Complies with Postal Service requirements by collecting, preparing, and sorting outgoing mail, as well as preparing accompanying paperwork.
Maintains postage meter and Post Office money reserves by monitoring mail volume against meter balance and requisitioning postage and supplies when necessary.
Provides security of information that may be disposed of in the branches, transporting material to the assigned disposal area and shredding and recycling of all the bank material in locked container.
Experience:
Equivalent to high school education with some specialized training and valid driver's license are required.
Practical knowledge of use of basic tools.
Some familiarity with office equipment and a safe driving record, building maintenance, and general facilities tasks.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
