The Bakery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, including supervising staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
The successful candidate will also be expected to develop new recipes and create innovative ideas to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Train and supervise staff on proper baking techniques and safety protocols.
Develop recipes and create new products for the bakery.
Order ingredients and supplies as needed.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards.
Maintain records of production, sales, and inventory.
Manage customer service and handle customer complaints.
