We are actively recruiting skilled clinicians for psychotherapist positions at our outpatient mental health clinic.

o Full-time salaried and part-time fee for service psychotherapist positions are both available.
o Psychotherapist work can be performed fully in-office, fully remote, or hybrid.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
o Provide direct psychotherapy to clients through individual, family, couples, and/or group counseling.
o Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, care providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate high quality communication, support, and coordination of care.
o The Psychotherapist will act as an essential member of the clinical team through regular collaboration with internal providers and participation in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
o Maintain client records in accordance with quality standards; complete clinical documentation including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
o Participate in the after-hours on call rotation, if applicable.
o Provide clinical supervision to staff or interns, as assigned.
Qualifications:
o Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
o Massachusetts independent licensure in a counseling discipline (e.
g.
LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) is preferred.
Otherwise, candidates must be license eligible and actively working towards achieving independent licensure within two years of hire.
o Knowledge and experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations and client populations.
o Strong computer skills including an ability to host telehealth sessions, use electronic health records, and proficiency with electronic communication.
o Excellent organizational and communication skills.
o Able to work both independently and in a team setting.
