M-F 8-4pm Ensures safety and stability of the school environment by providing direct support and coaching to students who are experiencing a crisis.
Provides in vivo training and real-time feedback to staff on proper de-escalation strategies and effective use of PBIS with students.
Models positive relationships with student by facilitating and participating in activities with students.
Provides supervision to Direct Care Staff and works collaboratively with other departments.
This position will report to the School Principal.

Must be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation, which runs Monday-Friday, 8AM - 4PM in Rutland, MASchedule following Training will be M-F 8-4pm in Fitchburg, MADevereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
