Tier One Manufacturing Manager Plastics MRP Six Sigma
Tier one Company located off Route 2 West.
MUST have Manufacturing Managers experience.
Target salary: $100,000 plus bonus potential up to 10%
Education and
Experience:
o Degree in Plastics Technology or Industrial or Manufacturing
Engineering with extensive technical and supervisory background in a
high volume plastic injection molding operation strongly preferred.
o Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience in manufacturing management
or related field.
o Knowledge of planning, budgeting and operations in a production
environment.
o Full knowledge of Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) is
required. Also procedural knowledge and good people-management skill
Technical background in the automotive industry highly desirable.
Experience in implementing 5S, Six Sigma and Black Belt initiatives
Must be a Change Agent
Must be experienced in scrap control and reduction and a Quality Champion.
Must be Lean Systems knowledgeable and know how to put into practice
(5S, problem solving techniques, tpm, Kan Ban, Yokoten, value stream
mapping, visual management, cell concept)
