IT Manager
Responsible for operational integrity, data safety, retention, service level, and quality of Micron's information systems.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Support for Standard Windows based server and desktop hardware & software including the following:
Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/8
Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
Microsoft Exchange Server 2013
Microsoft Office 2010+
Wordpress
VMWare vSphere
Avaya IP Office 500
Sophos UTM or other firewall management experience
SAN or NAS Hardware
Barracuda Spam/Virus/Backup Appliances
Oracle 10g
IFS ERP Software
Administer Microsoft Active Directory Network, Exchange 2013, maintaining users, managing security, making sure backups are adequate
Develop new business solutions using a variety of software tools (i.e. web portals, access databases, etc.)
Ensure that license and copyright compliance are adequately maintained
Maintain Wordpress content management-based websites adding content, driving SEO and web campaigns
Manage IFS applications from an administrative perspective including database integrity and backup
Provide an appropriate service level for users, security
Provide solutions and support for users.
Responsibility to make sure servers and hardware are periodically maintained and sizing issues are addressed and fixed proactively
Suggest new information systems solutions for Sales Quoting, Quality, Human Resources that will save time and money while organizing data and providing accuracy and timeliness
Support Operations by providing solutions for Business Intelligence (Crystal Reports, etc.)
Work with outside consultants to provide outsource services as needed for Networking, Applications Development, IFS Consulting
Must adhere to all company policies and to act as a role model in the adherence to policies
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BS) in a related technical field is required.

years in IT management position is required.
Must have a basic understanding of quality management systems and implementation related to ISO 9001 & ISO 13485
Proficiency in the use of servers and networking is required.
Should be a systems/process thinker and well organized.
Strong verbal and written and communication skills required. Must be capable of generating / editing clear and concise procedures, policies and flow charts, plans and budgets.
Possesses a strong IT background and standard skill set that includes DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, File & Printer Sharing, TCP/IP Networking, Backup Procedures, Security Rights Assignments & Firewall Rules.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
