Flexo Corporate Trainer

Packaging company with multiple plants on the East and West Coast is interested in hiring a Flexo Corporate Trainer. The Corporate Trainer will support company initiatives, department training needs and ongoing improvement through employee training. This includes training of new and existing employees to support the lines of business.
Conduct training sessions to instruct employees on company process, machinery on plant floor and job training, and individual coaching, as required
Work closely with the Department Mangers to ensure appropriate documentation and formatting of training materials
Develop teaching aids including training manuals, demonstration models, reference material and visual aids
Track, record, and maintain attendance records for all training conducted
Participate in creating, facilitating, and advising initial and ongoing training initiatives to inform and advise operations staff of practices and procedures and continued maintenance of existing programs
Conduct research and analysis, and deliver training programs to anticipate training business needs and trends for new business in the future
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
Increase efficiency through development of multiple training formats: live, webex, computer based modules, etc. per needs of the requestor
Formulate training policies and schedules utilizing knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures or services
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communications skills
Detail oriented
Strong sense of initiative and self-motivated
Knowledge of standard curriculum development tools, including, but not limited to: MS Office.
Make compelling training presentations to a variety of audiences using both remote technology and on-site resources
Ability to understand and present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of web meeting and e-learning tools/methodologies
Is confident in a variety of settings.
Ability to work independently
Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities
Flexible to travel to conduct training
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Training and Development,or Business is required with 2-5 years business and/or training experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
